Small-Group Leader Training
You want to lead a small group but don't know how?
You are a small group leader and need new impulses for your meetings?
You want to know how your small group can also support secular people in getting to know Jesus?
...we will find an answer to these and many other questions together in the ADIMIS training for small group leaders.
From the very beginning you will be part of a small group where you will gain valuable experience, make new contacts and actively try yourself out as a small group leader. Don't be afraid of long seminars, we offer short presentations with practical impulses.
The team-based training consists of a 10-week intensive course that combines both foundational and advanced content, followed by a seven-part missional course that builds on the intensive training. The courses are offered in German or English. A customized program can also be arranged upon request.
After completing the intensive course, you will be equipped to start and lead a small group in your local church, as well as to facilitate an evangelistic small group with interested guests. You will be prepared to handle a variety of situations that may arise in a small-group setting and will receive further practical insights for ministry in a secular context.
In the Missional Course, you will gain a better understanding of how secular people think and learn methods and strategies for sharing the Word of God with them in the context of a small group.
Each session lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours and includes several short teaching sessions followed by practical exercises in small teams.
