Small-Group Leader Training
You want to lead a small group but don't know how?
You are a small group leader and need new impulses for your meetings?
You want to know how your small group can also support secular people in getting to know Jesus?
...we will find an answer to these and many other questions together in the ADIMIS training for small group leaders.
From the very beginning you will be part of a small group where you will gain valuable experience, make new contacts and actively try yourself out as a small group leader. Don't be afraid of long seminars, we offer short presentations with practical impulses.
The three-stage team-based training (basic, advanced and missionary course) consists of 7 sessions each and takes place in German or English. An individual intensive programme is also possible on request.
Each session lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours and consists of various short lectures followed by practical exercises in small teams.
After the basic course you will be ready to start and facilitate a small group in your community.
In the advanced course you will be prepared for special situations in your small group and receive further impulses to be able to lead your small group evangelistically with interested guests.
In the missionary course you will get to know the way of thinking of secular people and learn methods and strategies how you can also communicate the Word of God to them in the context of a small group.
